What a complete joke. I walked in there today with the intentions of walking out of there with a new lease. I must've had the word "Sucker" written all over me because they completely tried to take advantage of me. I can only imagine how many times they take advantage of someone who doesn't have the knowledge I have. On the short walk to the car after telling the sales manager that we weren't interested he offered to give us 2k more for our trade in. I felt sooooo violated that I could not continue the conversation.

My wife brought her 2012 Frontier in for scheduled service on 8/16/16. The service adviser, Michael Collins, informed her that one of her license plate lights were out and that for $48.52 they could replace it. I asked her if he stick a gun in her face because he was trying to rob her. Mr .Collins told my wife it would be more expensive to pay the ticket if she got pulled over by the police. I bought a package of 2 bulbs at Auto Zone for less than $5.00 and it took me all of 90 seconds to replace both license plate bulbs. We... read more
