I brought my Nissan Rouge in for its !0,000 mile service, I left it the day before because it had a airbag recall and I didn't want to be tied up for a few hrs. I got a call at 9:30 am the next day stating they had it ready. They did the recall oil service and tire rotation. I was amazed. I thought they would have it all day, great service, and everyone at the service desk are outstanding, you could ask for a bunch of more friendlier guys that know their stuff. Jerry and AXLE ARE THE BEST IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They and the service technician are very polite and had ME OUT IN JUST ONE HOUR
I was scheduled to bring my car in for 8 AM on Tursday morning so I brought my car over on Monday and left it. Jerry was able to get my recall and service done on Monday instead of Tuesday so I was able to get my car back sooner. Great Service Department
We have been doing business with Country Nissan for years. We traveled to Greenfield for our purchase and service and travel to the Hadley store still. We have purchased our Nissan vehicles from The Cosenzi Family for over the past 20 years and we repeatedly send friends and family to their establishment because we know that Nissan is reliable, and the family at Country Nissan is as reliable.
