Con artists who swindle your unsuspecting wife into paying $1000 for a new muffler and exhaust pipe, all of which about only 2" was rotted and could have been fixed for pocket change anywhere else. Sleeze bags who prey on unsuspecting and unknowledgeable people, but then again they wouldn't be a dealership if they didn't.
Always excellent service!! I purchased my first new car here a couple years ago, and though I am not in often, my agent always welcomes me warmly. My car needed some TLC after the snowstorm a few weeks ago, and they were fast and efficient, making sure I was not only aware of the best products, but my best deals as well.
The best thing about Country Nissan is Bev in Customer Service. She is very helpful, knows vehicle service and really likes helping customers.
Got a great deal on a 2015 Leaf from Jason Wright yesterday. Smooth experience, very knowledgeable and I was out the door with registration, plates, and an inspection sticker in one day. Highly recommended.
Josh Hoar was the man who helped me to achieve what I thought would be impossible. This man went above and beyond to get me into a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra. It was my Christmas Miracle. Bought a new 2016 turbo diesel Cummings Titan this past week which is the 5th nissan vehicle I've bought from country nissan since 2008 and everytime I've done so the entire staff for has been outstanding! So far, so good. We just purchased our car yesterday, and I'll bring it to my mechanic this week for a good examination. Our salesperson was polite, nice and well-informed, and we spent over an hour there, test-drive and all. The car we looked at was a good deal, and Carla Cosenzi came and spoke with us before we headed elsewhere to look at a few more cars.
