Just got a 2016 Rogue and found the buying experience to be surprisingly fun! I knew exactly the features I wanted in trading in my 2010 Rogue and appreciate that Dave did not show me cars that didn't meet my needs. We looked at (and passed on) several, test drove 3. The decision was easy! Add to that getting TWO carseats relocated from my trade-in to my new car and I'm one happy buyer! Because I also love the service department here (and I see lots of others do too) I'm happy to keep my business in one place.
The folks here are always top notch, especially Michelle in the service department, always a pleasure. We have purchased 4 vehicles from them here, and the process has always been as a car purchase can be.
I would leave zero stars if I could. Bought a car there being PROMISED the extended warranty would cover any repairs. It covered NOTHING and they can't be bothered to even return an email to me explaining why that is the case and why the quoted me triple the cost to repair the POS they sold me. I reported to them to the AG and am far from the only one. Shame on you guys. Just dreadful. Replying is just not that hard.
Bad practices! Though our sales rep was personable, The end result was very disrespectful! They set my daughter up to crash her down! So many areas for improvement! Luckily I went to Lia Nissan and they saved the day! So veryyyyyy disappointed in the Valley's Best??? No way. Only my perception, but wanted to share because I had the complete opposite experience elsewhere. Pffft!
My car had a issue where the signal light warnings were showing up when nothing was wrong. The computers to diagnose the issue couldn't communicate with the vehicle however I let them have it for 2-3 weeks and they replaced the control unit which turned out to be the problem and inspected the car for me so I could legally drive it. They estimated a higher price than it ended up being which I hear most care companies do that.
