Highly recommend not doing business with Tim Hankra’s agency! He cost me thousands of dollars over the years and sat back and collected the commissions because he incorrectly quoted my home insurance polices. When I bought it to his attention, he said it was my fault and when I discontinued doing business with him, he even screwed that up by telling me policies were cancelled when in fact they were not because he didn’t follow up to make sure all of my cancellation paperwork was signed.
