We had a very difficult problem in that we needed to make room for a new larger furnace in an already tight utility closet that had a water heater tank, a softener system, and an existing furnace. The move to a tankless system eliminated the water heater tank but the installation of the tankless still involved considerations for servicing of all units within the utility closet. Arrived on time, courteous. Problem could not be fully repaired at a reasonable cost, but they gladly cut the visit short and charged a reasonable fee for what was completed.

I was looking for a plumber who knew how to service Grohe shower hardware which Mike did. He was reliable and on time. He understood the problem and explained the solution and how he arrived at the charges. He did the work efficiently and neatly and to my satisfaction. I intend to call Counsil plumbing for any future plumbing problems I may have.
Courteous, competent, completed job on time and on budget. There was a gas leak we mentioned when they finished, they said it was just leftover gas pockets. It did not air out however, so we called and they immediately came back, found and fixed a leak. No issues since then.
They were very professional in getting the job done.
Responded to my query in about two hours. They came when they were scheduled and installed my tankless hot water heater in one day. Love the unlimited hot water.
Very professional and friendly team, I satisfied with their work and will hire them again for future plumbing project,
