We really liked that the person giving us the bid on our re-pipe was the same person who did the work. He was very helpful and professional, and promptly responded to any questions and concerns that we had. We plan on using Counsil Plumbing in the future.
I felt I received excellent value for the price I paid. I had a bunch of small jobs that needed to be done in an aging house. They handled them all efficiently, completely and did everything right the first time. There were no surprises or hidden costs. EXCELLENT service from first contact. I called MANY places before I submitted a service request via ServiceMagic. Counsil Plumbing immediately contact the product distributor and identified the problem, ordered the parts and scheduled a time for service. They literaly came to my rescue! I highly recommend them.
We had our old, leaky water heater replaced by a very professional plumber. He also gave us a quote for other work that we will need in the near future, and that quote will be honored whenever we decide to have the work done.
Excellent. They came out and completed the service I needed at 6PM on a Friday night. Well priced.
Mike Counsil had an assistant do the work at my place, and it was not up to par. The good news is when Mike came by and looked at it, he agreed and redid all the work the next day. Now it is up to par.
Needed some minor work done at a rental property. Counsil Plumbing was quick to respond, follow up and contact tenants to get the work done. Very professional and pleasant staff.
