The service was very good - they also fixed the problem very quickly and provided detailed information about the cause of our problem. The one negative was that our original appointment was re-scheduled a couple of hours before the appointment, but they showed up on time for the re-scheduled time.

Mike, was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I was impress with his work and will use him again....and will recommend him to my friends.
They responded quickly, arriving within 90 minutes after my call for help. The problem and solution were explained clearly and quickly but the estimated cost (flat rate) seemed overly expensive for the work to be done. I paid it because it was an emergency. The job was completed in about 1.5 hours (counting the time to go buy parts)... and the $295 charge came out to about $197/hour. I imagine the same job would have cost about $150 if I hadn't declared it an emergency.
My call was returned quickly. Plumber arrived quickly and on time. Plumber resolved our issue. He was nice, friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. Price seemed a bit high, but I have no confirmation on that. And I recommend investing in the little booties that slip over your shoes when switching between outside and inside. Other than that our experience was good.

Only brought one worker. Had to help carry old water heater out of basement and carry down new one. Did not have proper valve and had to come back a second time around. Overall did a good job but was a bit stressful having to assist carry water heater in and out
