Mike is a thorough professional. We greatly appreciate his dedication to the job and his work ethic. He worked very efficiently, did high quality work and made sure everything was done right. Very competent and dependable.
Very pushy on collecting payment. Did not come back to complete drywall repair as promised after payment was received.
William was earlier! Bonus, because I had to go to work. He was nice and patient with me. He was there to find the leak. He even got a little dirty. He believed the problem was with the bathtub drain and he tightened by a turn in and a half. He said said there was not much work involved and wasn't sure if this was the exact problem. The initial estimate was good, and in the ballpark of other companies. I would have hoped, however, that the work would be done by the owner, and not sub'd-out to a plumber, and a non-plumber. I was told that I would not be able to tell where the grass was removed, to make the trench in the lawn. Well, I could clearly tell ... there were yellow and dead spots here and there. William did a really good job on fixing the leak with ny bathroom sink. He also saw that the tub was leaking and fixed that too. He was friendly and efficient. I also have a small dripping kitchen faucet. His advice was not to fix that, as it is minor but might entail replacing the entire faucet, and it is an expensive faucet. I appreciate him paying attention to the expense involved, but the problem is, it is dripping onto the granite surrounding the faucet and removing the finish. My overall experience with Counsil Plumbing was extremely positive. William, the project manager, absolutely kept me current and updated at all steps. The work was begun and completed as committed, and the overall quality of the work -- the workmanship -- was superb. The work site was left immaculate -- you could not even tell that significant work had been accomplished there after they cleaned it up at the end. When I emailed Servicemagic, I received 5 calls in 15 minutes, but chose Counsil because they had the item I wanted in stock, and could do the repair at the time I requested. They are great at communications-left messages and emails-and kept me informed ! William, the plumber sent to do the job, had to put up with my collie and French bulldog while they followed him around the house and yard.
