This has been the best experience I have had with a plumbing company! The owner came out and did ALL the work himself. His prices are VERY competitive and he explained everything very thoroughly including what/why something is happening and the best solution to the problem. He is absolutely FANTABULOUS!!! When you have an emergency, you want someone to solve your problem immediately. Counsil Plumbing did. I called them. They gave me a time span of 2 hours for them to come (not half day like most companies) They called me 30 min. before they arrived. They were on time. When I opened the door I found the actual owner of the company at my door. He was efficent, friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. I felt totally relieved when he left. He solved the problem fast and in a very clean way. I couldn't ask for more.
This project included the installation of a bathroom sink and vanity, a toilet and a kitchen faucet. The work done was of the highest quality of any plumbing job that I have ever had done. Mike was very professional and hard working. He showed up on time and did an excellent job of clean-up when the project was complete. An excellent company that I would highly recommend.
I had Counsil Plumbing install a gas line to my kitchen and they did a great job. They handled the inspection and even repatched the walls when it was done. Thrilled to have a gas stove again. Will likely use them again for my next plumbing job.
Mike did a great job for us. He was prompt and very professional in all his dealings with us. Initially it looked like we were a candidate for a main sewer line replacement, but after Mike scoped our line he found out that the problem was actually with the water district's lateral line to our property.
