Installer arrived early and disposal installation was done quickly. The installer was courteous and efficient. The installation was done exactly as stated in the estimate. All in all, a very positive experience.
I called Counsil on a Thursday afternoon based on their good reviews. Aaron came Friday morning, and promptly replaced the failing water heater. That afternoon we reported the new heater leaking. Saturday morning Aaron replaced the leaking part. That afternoon we reported that the heater was not heating, and was signaling a bad thermostat/valve. I got a call from them in few mins after placing my request on homeadvisor. Arrived on time, Aaron was the technician who took time to listen to me, answered my queries, and did my work in an hour. will hire them again soon to fix few other things.
Aaron and MIke were outstanding. The job ended up being bigger than all of us expected and they went above and beyond to get it done and do it right. I had no hope for my front yard after all the digging that was done but Aaron did an amazing job putting the yard back together again.
Came out as promised on time. Did not fix the problem on the first visit. Did get it fixed the next day. Probably paid too much but pleased to get the quick response and problem solved rapidly.
Very courteous. Showed up on time. Did the job very clean and fast without comprimising quality. Two thumbs up!
They adjusted their weekend schedule to meet my plumbing repair needs
I needed to have my gas pipes pressure and leak tested in order to increase the size of my PG&E gas meter. Counsil Plumbing new exactly what to do as far as working with the City of Fremont to pull the permit and coordinating the inspection test. Valerie was very prompt and responsive with her correspondence and Mike was prompt, efficient, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and use again! This company is a keeper in my rolodex!
The work was done in 3 days but the workers did not put down any tarps or other protection for the flooring. The post work cleanup was not very complete.
