Good job, good work
Mike and his crew were awesome! They came in and did a whole house re-piping in two days. They were very helpful and took the time to explain a lot of issues that we were not to clear about. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get the job done right and on time! They also helped us to stay within our budget!!! Great work - thank you Mike Counsil plumbing!!!!
very good, had the tools, knew what they were doing. proply, ready to do the work and did a good job
SERVICE IS GOOD, BUT THEY CHARGE ME MIN. 1 HR LABOR WHICH ONLY TOOK THEM HALF AN HOUR TO FINISH.
They were clean, professional, knew what they were doing, and they didn't leave behind tiny screws and washers like other plumbers may do, and make you wonder. They did a good job, and finished, and also arrived right after placing the call, in less than 1/2 an hour. They also were done with 2 bathtub items in less than an hour.
Bad experience wish didn't hire. First response was so quick & nice so hire to re-install water line. Job took a lot more than expected. After done, TWO newer toilets less than 2 years old became broken he said "it's very common" if so why didn't suggest to close toilet waterline before running? tried to fix but one toilet went bad next day and came back said "never seen like this" wasn't common? 2nd time-didn't work. I believe that we did a great job out here and we completed the job in 8 hours a full water line replacement. We ususally can leave the water on while completing the job, but unfortunately it had to be shut off, but we did inform the customer and had the water back on before 5pm that same day. The toilets were 2 years old and were installed by another contractor and this customer wanted us to fix the toilets for free. He did a good job.
Counsil Plumbing responded promptly to our tub backup problem. Their technician was at our house within the hour of calling them. He was thorough in doing the job and went over everything, and gave us tips to avoid future blockages. I would definitely use this business again, although I hope I won't need to.
