Job was done in a timely manner and they were prompt and very friendly.
The work was done very well and professionally. No problems there. I thought the bill was a bit high for the work. They had to re-schedule my appointment two different times because they were running late. They promised to give me a discount on the job. If the price I paid is with the discount, then, they are more expensive than they should be. As it is, they were a bit expensive--with the discount. Overall, I'd give them an A for quality and workmanship, a C for scheduling, and a B- for price.
Aaron was courteous and professional, but the price was very high. He said the part was about $90, but I found it on many websites for under $25. The total job was $200 which I think was expensive. I did recommend them, because they did the work, but you will be paying, what I consider, top dollar.
He showed up, checked the problem and solved it, then called me to come down and inspect the work. Fast, easy, professional.

Aaron was very pleasant and friendly. He was very professional and completed the hose bibs repairs in his estimated time frame. He was open and honest about questions I posed and even explained that I can flush the water heater easily on my own, saving me money on a service call! Counsel Plumbing was $45 lower than the first quote which was already reasonable. Based on customer service and competitive pricing, I am keeping Counsel Plumbing on my recommended contractor list.
The price was too high. I was not happy with the service. The bathtub spout is working fine.
The tech was very knowledgeable and did the job promptly and professionally.
He was very prompt and efficient. Work was completed within 45 minutes. Everything is working perfectly now.
