Reasonably priced, very friendly and responsive (even in the midst of a family emergency). Since the work required a permit and inspection, it took a little longer than anticipated, but Counsil was VERY cooperative!
Arrived at beginning of 2 hour appointment. Identified problem was not costly pipe replacement, but instead a simple wax replacement in the toilet. Completed the job within an hour. Clean and affordable.

We are satisfied with the quality of the job and the price we paid. Mike explained clearly what he did and was also available at the time of inspection. I do recommend getting estimates from Counsil Plumbing before making your final decision.
Very friendly family run business. Mike ended up doing some extra work and installing a better water heater without additional charge. They did a thorough and professional job, and I would not hesitate to call on them again.
Courteous and punctual. Showed up in the two hour time frame that was quoted. he was the second plumber to look at job and had no problem repairing.
We were delighted with the professional work. Mike was on time, clear about costs, explained everything and did a great job. He also connected us up with a very good electrician as well. We are very pleased with his work and consider Mike at Counsil Plumbing to be "our" plumber. We will call him whenever we need a plumber. In fact, he will be doing another job for us next week. Responsive to requests. The owner was very easy to deal with.
We had 3 other plumbing companies review our service needs before we chose Counsil Plumbing. Although it took more than one visit to ultimately meet our plumbing needs, we were more than satisfied with the outcome. Mike Counsil's service was clear, quick and clean! Thank you!
