Mike gave me a two hour window from 11 to 1pm. He came at 11:30. Mike was clean and proper in appearance. He is friendly and respectfull. We talked about my needs and he gave me several options. I explained I did not want new fixturess . I simply wanted several items repaired. He handled this well and did not try to sell me things I did not want. Mike came when he said he would, did a neat installation with no "surprises" a few days later the unit was not operating properly. Mike came right out spent three hours tracking down the problem, fixed it, no extra charge. He is professional and easy to work with and spent time explaining everything to my wife and later to me. His bid on the job was the lowest but his work was high quality. Will do business with him again.
They called me back on Easter Sunday to schedule an appointment..Michael was here on time and gave me a very fair estimate... He returned today to do the work and it was perfect... He even installed a mailbox for me since I didn't have a masonry bit for my drill... Very pleasant on the phone and the work was perfect... Will not use anyone else in the future...
There was a small hitch with completion but the work was well done. He even made a great suggestion not noticed by any other plumbing person. I am very satisfied and would hire him again.
