I think you know - still plan to see you in the a.m. - I'm glad that you changed the date - been down with a cold since Wednesday night. Great service went i had other work that needed to be done i called them first.
Mike was the first pro to call and got to my place in less than one hour from the time I spoke to his assistant over the phone. He's very competent and friendly. He also promised to not charge me if he couldn't fix the problem. He also gave me a 30 days waranty for the service.
