I filed a complaint with the BBB on a business in Orlando. I gave them proof that the vendor received my return. They CLOSED my case after only 4 days with the status listed as unresolved. I sent my proof to the BBB and the vendor. Why would this vendor give me my refund if it is so easy for them to lie to the BBB? How does that help me, the consumer? I am now going to the Attorney General and Secretary of State. The BBB did not leave me feeling assisted at all.

very good backup info when something is suspicious, and I can make them aware of my experience before anyone else has to deal with it.
I recently dealt with Emma Warner out of the Dayton, Ohio office who seemed more interested in closing the incident against Morris Furniture than making sure there was any resolve. The whole experience was less than helpful as well as the closing statement made would lead one to believe that the BBB was happy with the response given while it left me hanging high and dry with no fix in sight.
