I recently had an issue with a certain corporation concerning excess billing and unsafe business practices during the pandemic I filed a complaint with the bbb. The better business bureau resolved the issue in a highly efficient and expedient manner.

since this mandatory shut down of business started March 16 I have been trying to cancel my membership in order to cut all unnecessary costs. I wish I could post the email thread because it's almost comical. almost. They have yet to let me out of my contract dispite me having zero revenue.
