I placed a item in my cart, which was supposed to be buy one get one free! Before I knew what was happening I was confirmed an order of 2 over priced without my consent! After looking at reviews apparently this has happened to several people!
Check businesses and use the BBB when you have issues! They get results. People do not utilize their services near as much as they should. I think the younger generation is unaware of just how quickly uncooperative businesses become very cooperative when the BBB gets involved. They are simply invaluable to consumers and to top notch businesses who pride themselves on customer service.
Don’t waste your time with BBB. Their company ratings are unreliable.

I wrote a complaint against a dealership who sold me a defective vehicle and when attempting to fix the vehicle they trashed the interior breaking and warping numerous parts.. I provided all the proof, pictures etc.. And the agent who I was assigned to completely ignored facts, kept dictating what I have to do and decided to basically take the dealers word with something that wasn't even relevant to my complaint and close my case. Defend the citizens against the corrupt businesses because it appears that the BBB just rubber-stamps whatever the corrupt businesses tell them!
