I complained about a company on the BBB site and it has never posted my complaint & the company is now ignoring my emails again. What exactly is the BBB site therefore if they are not going to post the complaints. I thought this was to help consumers not lie and manipulate them.
Get a call from the Better Business Bureau this morning. Lady goes into her marketing speel, how according to our 'business performance record', we qualified for accredidation, its by invitation only, blah blah blah. I said thank you, but I'm not interested, money is tight at the moment. Her attitude flipped 180 degrees, well fine, have a nice day, and slammed the phone in my ear. Highly professional. Maybe I should report them.

YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE BBB BECAUSE IF YOU DONT CONTINUE TO BE WITH THEM THE FIRST THING THEY DO IS GIVE YOU A F RATING PLUS THEY GO AROUND SAYING LIES ABOUT YOUR LICENCING AND OTHERS AND I DONT THINK THIS IS RIGHT SOME ONE NEEDS TO POLICE THE BBB BECAUSE THEY GO AROUND DAMAGE TO HONEST RESPECTABLE BUSINESSES 8132941470 THATS MY NUMBER CALL ME BECAUSE SOMEONE NEEDS TO POLICE YOUR ORGANISATION
Complained about a certain local dealership about the car they sold me, the dealership just kept responding with lies and when the BBB told me there's nothing further they can do, they published the interactions, but only some, making it seem like I was in the wrong.
You seem to be a pay to play company. Capital One gets abysmal reviews from every single person leaving reviews at the BBB, yet you still give them A+ ratings. Another business I'll avoid paying any attention to in the future. Your ratings are lies.
Lutza construction never finished repairing my Moms house! There are two disabled persons living in my Moms house, so my Mom had to pay out of Pocket to have someone else come in and so Repairs since they never showed up. My parents and Brother and family had to live in a hotel for 2 months, that came out of Pocket. and still the BBB ruled against them and favored Lutza.. BBB You have lost my respect, because during two years Ive seen my Parents go thru hell and taken advantage.
