I'm surprised by their poor rating here and very glad to see it. They are famous by name recognition only, they do very little to benefit small business or consumers.

Everything I click on for BBB says Forbidden why??????
people think the BBB is a government agency when it truly is just a paid referral service. On top of that, if you choose to be a "member", you succumb to the bbb mediation if there's a dispute with a customer, and the business always loses. Business owners pay for that BS sticker in their window. So as a consumer, you will only get consideration from bbb if the business you have a gripe with is a member. Good luck with that!

Best Buy, I just brought a 65in Samsung tv out your store Wednesday for 140 dollars. I couldn’t pick it up until Thursday. I worked all day Thursday. So, I go to pick my tv up Friday morning I get to the store in Flowood Ms they have power outage I had to wait 4-5 hours. I leave go finish Xmas shopping at other stores.
