how can you rate company whit an a rating that you show be NR this is misinformation you are perpetrating. companies like lorex or swann that are not a bbb member you give great ratings to! absurd

Business rating has been stuck as "NR" for weeks with no resolve. Management replies maybe every 9 days. I am so happy to leave a negative review about them because their own internal processes are terrible. Love that everyone thinks they're a government entity but they'll really just extort you from false customer claims in attempts to get you to buy a membership 😂
