Not sure how and if the BBB can help us resolve a scam from a US business. My expectations are low the more I read about the BBB
This organization is a joke! They allow consumers to post defamatory and false statements about businesses. The only recourse you have is the ability to respond! The consumer can spread false allegations about small businesses and harm them and BBB supports it! How sad!

I have lived at Willow Creek apartment for years and would recommend this place to anyone.
I am incredibly upset about the way consumers are being treated by your call agents. I was trying to find out about next steps to reopen my complaint because it was closed even though I haven't received what i paid for and also have not gotten my money back from the business. My only experience with this business is that they are a scam. Pretending to be a government organization with compulsory membership and dues, offering to improve my rating if I became a member. They hassled me for months with official sounding phone calls and messages. I don’t recommend having anything to do with them.
