The BBB is great for people who have questions about how to make things better? Better at home or better at the office. There are online resources available at bbb.org. Also if you feel that you are not getting the service that you pay for contact them today at bbb.org. You’ll need somebody to go to court with you...
They post fake complaints and do not provide any information for a company to dispute it. The BBB is a complete waste of money. We stopped paying for this outdated service a couple of years ago and they have harassed us every since. How do you file a complaint on the BBB?

We own a state licensed substance abuse treatment agency who had a client that gave us an ice cold toxicology urine test and was told it wouldn’t be accepted. This client has since mounted an internet review attack on us posting terrible reviews on google and with the BBB I responded to the review on the BBB giving a detailed explanation of this situation. I was never contacted by the BBB and the BBB has not posted my response, yet the negative review of us remains public information. We need some kind of response.
Better Business Bureau is a SCAM. Pay half a grand a month, for no services/leads. Try to get ahold of a representative but was at a doctors office...during work hrs...and shooed off the phone. SAVE YOUR MONEY. IT IS A SCAM.
