Information is great even though your ratings are a bit confusing. But your website takes a much longer time to load when filing a complaint. I'm already looking a the person I want to file a complaint against, why do I need to search again? And that longer load time? Seems a bit sketchy.

Well, if you are consumer, regardless of whether you have accepted or not the terms of service under which the sale happens, you can do damage to any company in the US if there is one bit that you don't like from the sale or service. On the other hand, if you are a company, well, BBB surely aint gonna stand on your side in case of a dispute, and it allows customers to say whatever they want, regardless if it's true or not, whether it has merits or not, and this really hurts businesses. They've rated Chegg an A+ company, when Chegg has been involved with data breaches, lack of adequate customer service, shadily deleting people's accounts without justification and then lying about it, and dodgy billing practices. This shows that the BBB is corrupt.
