They don’t reply to messages, I have been trying to complain about a business for about a month and I don’t get any answer from them.
I was sent an email saying my case is resolved. My case has not been resolved with the company in question and nobody from the Better Business Bureau contacted me to make sure that this was resolved to my liking. How does a company with a 2 out of 5 Stars customer rating manage to get a A+ rating with the Better Business Burea? Seems legit💵💵💵🤫

I filed a complaint with the BBB in a case where UHaul damaged my new vehicle. When I provided conclusive evidence that UHaul had misrepresented to the BBB I received a response from the BBB that they would follow up. They then sent me a message that I had never corresponded with them so they were claiming my complaint was resolved. The Better Business Bureau is completely useless. They refuse to publish negative reviews of companies, they do not respond to complaints in a timely manner (take 6+ months), and they do not post negative complaints.
