I can't believe that the Better Business Bureau would give a company in A+ rating on their site yet there's 140 complaints about the company on the BBB AND they average a 1 star rating out of 81 reviews. that's laughable.
Oliver’s Heating and Air did an amazing job. On my new central air unit. I use them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs . They are very reliable and do excellent work!
I am very satisfied and pleased with the job that Ibarra Painting did! They were very attentive and got to work as soon and they stepped in & did a fantastic job in a timely manner !! I will definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future, also very very clean, loved they even swept and mopped my floors right after! Thank You Ibara painting
The BBB is crap!!!! I submitted a review about a terrible contractor. I wanted to make sure that others know what they are getting into. There were 2 other reviews, from people that I know were also clients of his. Then magically within one week there are 6 perfect reviews. The reviews are from family members and friends citing work that they claim happened 7 years ago. I alerted the BBB so that they could investigate but they don’t care because they are all about money. It’s quite sad.
I’ve had two warranty related issues with different companies (dell and asurion) their customer service was horrible and useless . As soon as I contacted the BBB I got a response from corporate of those companies immediately and resolved my issues .

The BBB is a fraudulent business. Even if you are reported as a bad business it will give you an A+ if you pay them enough!!! I had a business and the moment that someone reports you they come to you for money!!! The should be shut down for fraud. I am reporting them to FTC.gov!!!!
BBB is a scam that deliberately acts to deceive consumers that the ratings given to businesses represent the history and level of service a consumer should expect from the business. That is simply not true. They hide behind a hidden algorithm to determine a business’ rating. That algorithm seems to be weighted on how current a business is in paying dues to the BBB. Trust BBB ratings at your peril. You’ve been warned.
The Better Business Bureau helped me resolve an issue with a manufacturer that didn't want to honor their warranty. You kept checking to see if the company compiled with my complaint at least a half dozen times. Way to Go BBB!
