HAD TO CALK THEM BEFORE AND RECOMENDED IT TO OTHER PEOPLE FOR DEALING WITH SAME GUY.BELIEVE THEY SPREAD THE WORD WELL ENOUGH OR WORD OF MOUTH. ANYWAYS...NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO DO THE RITE THIBG THE RITE OR RESPECTFULL WAY.

Verizon responded to my complaint right away which was a plus. and very much appreciated. but I'm so over Verizon at this point, so I ignored their calls, and do not know what the outcome may have been. However, Verizon submitted a response to the complaint to BBB and their response was filled with lies in regards to the amount refunded, and the app being downloaded which was not. their app is already predownloaded onto my phone. and my new line, it was never downloaded on. I had the best looking roof put on my hose today, by a company named John Wade roofing, here in Arlington,texas I live at 5319 carpenter, south, it was done in a timely manner, and very professional, group of men . my roof is beautiful, and I am happy , I recommend this company very highly. .
The BBB relies on extortion and scare tactics to bully small businesses that do not want to buy into their system. Accreditation only means that you pay a subscription for their endorsement. If you chose not to be accredited, the BBB uses their discretion as to how to frame your business. They will filter reviews as they see fit using criteria they never disclose. We have DOZENS of verified reviews they refuse to post on our page. They absolutely refuse to answer any questions outright and just like to dance around the issue... read more

Accept a cancellation and not have to call multiple times to stop them from charging a monthly fee! that would be great! you guys are a joke!
