I had some issue with T-mobile's customer service department. I submitted report through BBB in Washington. An executive specialist from T-mobile reached out to me the next day and resolved the issue that could not be resolved after more than 4 calls with customer representatives. Thank you BBB, you guys are awesome!

BBB is a joke. Fill out documents to send in to show proof of a business issue. 3 weeks later they send a message the claim is closed and nothing could be done. Let alone I handle my issue with the business myself and had it resolved

This is a terrible company that takes profit for hire! You can simply pay to have your company “accredited” when in fact some of these companies are just down right terrible with customer service. The BBB doesn’t much care what your complaints are against an “accredited” company because they simply receive money for putting forth a fake imagine of a company. I remember the day when the BBB use to mean something. Now we all know better! Profit for hire company that forgot about the people!! Shameful!!

STOP SOLICITING MY BUSINESS IN A THREATENING WAY. Your phone call to my business sounded as if we were in trouble. You left a message stating to call you, a name of a person to call and their extension number and it all sounded as if we were in some kind of trouble when it turned out you are just soliciting us for business.

So I rarely visit this page because I don’t really like to ruin people’s businesses but in today’s times I think we owe a huge amount of gratitude to the BBB for just being here for us as good citizens of our country let’s try to better our local neighborhood businesses and share our thoughts about where we go and how we are treated in there establishment!
