Terrific! I would highly recommend them; John and his employees were terrific. My kitchen needed to be painted quickly, which they did in 1 1/2 days. Very professional, even cleaning up both days. The kitchen painting is beautiful! I found a spot (minor) and called; they were here the next day to take care of it. If I need help with remodeling, they would be my choice.
Bob’s Discount Furniture store and their Guardian Insurance Protection Plan are a total scam. I have contacted the BBB and filed a claim against Bob’s. I am awaiting their reply.
This organization's self described mission is to "advance marketplace trust." (paraphrased from Wikipedia) That they do, by representing themselves as a consumer protection agency (while they are in fact completely funded by large businesses) and slapping A+ ratings on their contributors. Very disappointed, not even a call back. How can your logo have anything to do with trust after the way both Nissan and now your organization has treated this situation. Shame on you. After filing for the repair at 35,000 miles well within the warrantee period the dealer and Nissan ran me back and to run up the miles on the vehicle. Once it hit 36,000 they officially rejected the claim and told me to file with you. Now the mileage is 36,059 miles and you reject it saying it is out of warrantee. Never trust BBB They take money form Companies to get an A+ ratings. If a company does not pay them, The BBB reduces their rating. What a fraud and sham. MAFIA LIKE! MY opinion!
