I had an issue about validity of my contract. The BBB was a mediator in the process. They helped me with reaching out to ASG security. The company quickly responded and close my account with no balance (balance was $40... Of which I do lot owe because house account I no longer own!) . Big thanks for the prompt attention and response. It really impressed me that BBB was so quick!
I haven't had my problem resolved yet so I'll let you know later.
