I'm tired of businesses stealing my money and having to go to you on a weekly basis. Even worse because half the time you don't help because the company can care less. Wish there were real laws out there to stop company theft and corruption!
They do nothing for business owners, total scam.
I highly recommend BBB to support you when you receive the run around with businesses. For nearly 6 months, I tried to receive a refund from a medical company and was receiving the “run around”. And poor service. Within a few days of filing a complaint with BBB, I received the refund in the mail. Thank you!!!
Terrible. Just a complete joke. Reported a company and they gave them my NAME AND ADDRESS. Are you kidding me??
I received a message this morning from a staff member that the BBB had called. As a small business owner, a major concern is a complaint being lodged out of left field. She left no context - that she really was looking to screen us for a membership - and was very snooty as I tried to get to the bottom of it. I asked her to be clear as to whether SHE was calling about a complaint or issue, to which she replied "That's not my department." THE BBB HAS BECOME A USELESS FRAUD. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LAZY PEOPLE, UNWILLING TO TRY TO RESOLVE THINGS. AS SOON AS A COMPANY GIVES SOME PHONY EXCUSE FOR THEIR ACTIONS THE BBB CLOSES THE CASE. I WISH I COULD BE PAID FOR A DEAD BEAT USELESS JOB TOO. SHAME ON THE BBB. YOU SUCK.
