What a racket there is no consumer protection with bbb I'll be canceling my $3000 a year add just on principle. When I was the victim of a lousy business I was dismissed as nothing. I'll vote with money add canceled.

I appreciate the warnings sent out by BBB but when it comes to who they support, I question their judgment. When I reported Quibids, a site that scammed me then hacked my computer by phishing until I could no longer use it, I found out that BBB was backing them on their site with a BBB banner. I won my case and my credit card refunded the money taken from my card. I thought the site was connected to eBay but they weren't. I thought they wanted a credit card number for backup. I proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the consumer was wrong and I had proof yet the BBB in their infinite wisdom gives me a D rating. Not cool, not cool at all. And so, I will make it my mission to discredit this faulty and unethical service to all my fans, friends and followers.
