I wrote my first letter to better business bureau today shannon called several times press 2 couldn't get them on the phone.
It seems to be universal--BBB is a scam and a complete waste of consumers' time. Time is running out for this pay to play business protection franchise.

The BBB is my area is a joke and doesn't care about making sure business are actually following ethical practices. I provided written proof of illegal activity on the part of Great Eastern Resort and nothing was done. Instead, because the resort responded back that they did nothing wrong and had nothing else to say, it was closed as the business tried to resolved the complaint and the BBB wants us to keep them posted on our pending legal action.
