The BBB in Fresno, CA is TERRIBLE. They are advocates for the businesses and not the consumers. They got two complaints in a row that the local LaZyBoy store was lying in their responses to BBB yet they didn't care. It's all about the business - the poor consumer gets screwed. Thanks for nothing!
I files a complaint with the one in Nashville, Tn. and I have pictures to back up what I complained about but the BBB won't let no one put pictures on their site but beware of Hampton Creek Apartment's in Cookeville, Tn., their tenant's are about 60 to 80 percent of people from other countries because it's a college town and the BBB believed Hampton over us even with us having pictures.
