the bbb used to be a business with values. today they are a business of money talks facts walk type of fraud. they dont publish certain facts about some companies and fluff ratings for money. take sprint for example. the rating from consumers was a f almost all 1 stars however the bbb gave them a b+. that's for constant dropped calls, non working internet etc a b+. in reality to be unbiased and unpersuaded the bbb could of never did that with a clear conscious. Platform is used for commercial disparagement by people the BBB labels as "customers". However, the people that the BBB labels as customers have never been a customer of ours.
It is virtually impossible to get in touch with a person in the BBB. Should you find a company without an address, for example an online outfit without a visible structure, there is no way to report them. Then, I wanted to report FTD for some poor service. They have an A+ Rating by the BBB, yet a Customer Rating of 1 out of 5, based on 175 reviews. What is going on with that?
