They show you a picture on the internet then when you see the apartment it's something different. After I said I didn't want it they refuse to respond giving me my $400 deposit back and it's been 3 weeks. The leasing manager is very unprofessional they should be ashamed taking people money!
I moved out of Terra Mar Apartments located in Santa Rosa Beach on August 7,2021. Under the Florida Law the landlord is to return the tenants security deposit within 15-60 days of move out. It is now November 12,2021 and I still have not received my deposit. I have sent multiple emails to the leasing office with no response. Summit at Red Rocks in Golden, CO. If I could put zero stars I would. They randomly decided the spot I have parked in for the three years I lived here is now a "no parking zone". I was headed down to Texas for a business meeting and had to cancel the contract altogether to take care of getting my car. Courtney Park Apartments in Fort Mohave, AZ. I applied to rent a 2 bedroom apartment for my family & Alyssa the office Mgr said I got a bad review from a place I rented before & I asked her who said it & what did they say. She said the Pastor George Lymann said he would never rent to me again. I am renting from their property (Independence Green) in Farmington Hills, Michigan. It took three weeks for property management to provide me with a functioning kitchen sink; four weeks for the new stainless steel appliances to arrive (which, I checked, four weeks isn't the lead time on the appliances provided). I'm am extremely displeased with this business and lakeside villas property which I was interested in a apt home at the time and the property never followed up with my application. When trying to reached the property mulipte times I received no answer. Horrible experience! I applied to Retreat at Riverbend in OKC and the office staff was terrible. I gave them my deposit in the beginning of August it took 3 weeks for them to tell me I have to come and fill out the background check. They knew 3 weeks prior they needed background check why didn't they have me do it right when I was there giving them my deposit. Would absolutely NOT recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Columbia, SC@ Harbison Blvd. I would highly recommend all military families not stay there if going to Fort Jackson. We had two rooms booked there for my sons graduation from Fort Jackson, but he was injured at the last minute and they pushed his graduation. We had mere days to cancel and we did.
