I been contacting the Bedford residence in Stamford ct for over 90 days I have not received my deposit back due to my application being denied. Also one of the property managers being extremely rude and hanging up on the call, this is unexceptable I have sent emails and still no response, I asked if the accountant will be reaching out regarding this matter and still no response , I'm extremely livid and disappointed on how this has been handled . Chase Arbor, Upon move in I provided a list of several issues and after multiple requests, they STILL have not been resolved. However, the biggest most recent issue is the HVAC not working/ freezing over. I have had maintenance in my apartment several times as we approach the summer months and my HVAC issues have still not been settled. Notting hill - since i moved here , I been going through negligence with management. Been reaching out in person, via email & trying to contact corporate. No urgency to uphold their end . Leaks from water heater and mold issues. I had to get my own testing because they told me it wasn't any mold and my results came back positive . This company is horrible. The apartments are full of mold. Staff does not care and won't do anything about the reported issues.

Serenade at River Park Apartments of Oxnard does not warn potential renters of a 3.5x monthly income to rent ratio requirement prior to accepting $55 for an "application fee"and $576 online for a "deposit fee." Once they determine not to accept your application, they will not process an immediate reimbursement to your credit cart, but will mail you a $500 printed check approximately one month later. Carroll's Creek Landing is now on it's 6 or 7th property manager since 2018. This company won't fund solutions to property issues. The garbage compactor is CONSTANTLY down. Trash piles up. They have had fines from the county health dept multiple times. They have ONE that is not the correct size. They also instruct residents to operate it despite hazard signs on the machinery prohibiting this. They simply leaving the operating key in the hole so anyone (child or adult) can operate this heavy machinery. They fail to hire enoug... read more

We filled out an online application where they asked for $500 as a security deposit. they said they would return the money to us since November 2021 and until today April 2022 they have not refunded. We called several times and emailed and no one responded. Someone needs to stop this company from taking money from people.

My son lived there, and the upstairs lady, named Lindsey Richardson building c 103, would use her past employment because she use to work for them, would call and tell them whatever was going on in the neighborhood, She turned in puppies in the dead of winter, and the apartment stated they would come to take puppies by force out of the apartment. RESIDENCES AT LAKESIDE LOMBARD IL: Pool and clubhouse are nice so the units are not. High utility costs (around 80 a month for water, pest control, garbage, etc). Your living room and dining room are basically a part of the hallway noise-wise. to top it off, I am on day 12 trying to get my rent prorated because their portal does not know how to deal with people that are moving out in the middle of the month.
