Wonderful, peaceful paradise, absolute silence and breathtaking location. Perfect weather, and took advantage of the walks to Portmellon, Gorran Haven, Hemmick Beach, with an excellent pub and local shop just up the lane, and a firepit at night before bed. Plus we were upgraded to a fabulous yurt! Could not have asked for more - we'll definitely be back. Carol & Rich

We stayed at Cotna at the end of May 2025. All of us (4 adults and 4 children) had an amazing time! This is such a special place with so much to learn from. We especially loved the delicious food hampers we got with fresh eggs, vegetables and home-made sourdough bread. The kids loved being able to run around and explore, play in the creek and feed the chickens. The yurts were comfortable and kept us dry and warm. We spent a week with our two kids (6y) at Cotna Ecoretreat and had a wonderful time in one of the beautiful yurts. Sara and Dave have truly created a special place. They are always available to answer questions, and the food in the hampers is amazing. We also did the bread-baking class with Sara along with our children. It was great to see how much fun the kids had and how attentive Sara was to their needs. Dave's pesto was also delicious. The most stunning, beautiful, and restful place imaginable. We had the best time as a family and would warmly recommend Cotna to all seeking a soulful and peaceful holiday amid the natural world.
