The service department has friendly staff but the speed of service is slow. Stopped in for The Works and asked that they balance the tires as well due to vibration. Was told if I left it with them they might have time to do it at the end of the day but they were 3 weeks out. I let them do the oil change/rotation and stopped in at a tire shop for the balance. Take all day or up to 3 weeks for an appointment to do a balance is a bit much, especially when they already had the tires off to rotate them. Again, friendly staff and ... read more
Bought a Transit cargo van from Dakota Stone. Negotiation was quick and painless, he even brought the van to us to look at and see if what we haul would fit since we were too busy to come in that day. We emailed credit applications and didn't step foot in the dealer until we signed final paperwork which took less than 20 minutes from arrival to leaving with the new vehicle. Everybody was great. Definitely ask for Dakota when you go in.

Recently I took my Ford Taurus to Republic Ford to have the windshield washers fixed along with an oil change, tire rotation and overall checkup. I talked to Elston Cook to arrange for the appointment. I was very satisfied with the work they completed. It was done in a timely manner. I am happy I have Republic Ford to take such good care of my car.

Went to purchase a truck and found one we liked. Test drove it and we knew something was wrong with the front end. Proceeded to tell the sales guys about it and they tried telling us nothing was wrong with it and still tried selling it to us. Told them have your shop look at it and fix it and we will talk when it’s done. Not even 30 minutes later the sales guy text us saying the truck wasn’t even suppose to be on the lot because it was going to auction. Really?!?!
