I dropped by Republic Lincoln yesterday with what I thought was a broken back windshield wiper for my MKX. Many thanks to Joe and Michael in the Service Area. O'Reilly had sold me the incorrect wiper and told me I was missing a part on my wiper arm and that was the reason their blade wouldn't attach. A Lincoln dealer was where I needed to get part.
