Complaint against the service department. My wife took her vehicle, which we bought from the dealer last year, in for an oil change. Was told the air filter and micron filter needed changed, which is fine, they need changed now and then. But then proceeded to charge $40 for the labor to install them. Total charge for an oil change over $130. Took my truck to a different dealer for an oil change, needed the air filter replaced. Cost? $60 total. Will never use this dealer for an oil change again. In the past I have spent hours in car dealerships working out deals on vehicles. We went through Gary Gann and the process was mostly handled through the phone, including getting a price that worked for both of us. We spent about 30min actually at the dealership and drove away with a new to us SUV. Gary was great and very helpful. We're pretty happy about our local Ford dealership experience and I can see us giving them our business for the foreseeable future.
