My complaint dates awhile back however they didn’t have FB then. I honestly cringe when I drive by this place. Do not be a victim!

waited for 2 hours to get oil change. car was done an hour before and because the lady didn't see me sitting in the waiting room.. which i was... didn't bother to call my name or look again.. this is ridiculous.. never again.. and i have bought several vehicles from here
RecommendedI have only personally dealt with two individuals at Republic Ford: Joey Chambers (Sales) & Joe Moser (Service). If these two are representative of the rest of the staff and crew at Republic Ford, then, they are all-stars in my opinion. From initial purchase to regular service maintenance or warranty work, never anything but prompt and thorough service.

Brought our Ford F-150 we bought from them to fix the sunroof 3rd visit still not fixed. Sucks to have a new truck in the shop this many times. Not to mention my free time wasted.
WORST experience ever! We had been working with a salesman, drove 300+ miles to purchase not one but two vehicles. Within 15 minutes of being there, they sold our vehicle over the phone. Shame on you Republic Ford! Your lack of communication, customer service and respect is embarrassing. A sincere apology goes a long way, and your staff including your General manager was unable to even do that. You wasted my time and money to make the trip down there. Your lack of respect for a person, shows a lot about your business.

You a nice car from them for it to break down and leave us stranded two days later. Our salesman Austin, said it was no longer thier problem..... several problems later and about 500 out of pocket ..they send us a 100 check....service after the sale? worst service ever!!! Do not buy from republic ford
