Absolutely horrible! Had my oil changed in my car yesterday. Had an 8am appt. My car didnt move until 1. I am so glad I wasnt waiting on it or relying on them for a time frame. They did not call me or update the app until I called them at 445. I had to call 7 times before I got an answer! Everytime, it would go to voicemail or I would get someone and it would go to voicemail when I was transferred. They also never rotated my tires but the paperwork states they did!
