Had a super smooth buying experience. Our sales man was Dustin Duensing, and he was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable, informative but not pushy. He definitely beat every sales person we encountered in the last few days (and we visited many dealerships) I worked 23 years in sales, and I’m not easy to please! Randy Tatum, salesperson was great at his job. Everyone showed respect, even the young adult removing the stickers, super courteous and careful about his work. Finance representative was also super quickwith title paperwork, They all worked hard for our best deal.

I don’t recommend them because after negotiating a price, the car we were going to purchase had an additional 4K miles than advertised. THEN after not adjusting the price, they had the balls to say “since there is dirt on the engine and a drop of water on the back speaker (mind you it was down poring rain, and we had the back open earlier) they were worried that our car had been submerged in water, and would give us $2,700 less than what we negotiated previously. Just purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition Max from them, sight unseen (we live 8+ hours away) and could not be happier with our experience! They were very responsive, incredibly helpful, answered all our questions and got the deal worked out in record time! Absolutely hands down the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience we’ve ever had! Chris and Mark were absolutely fabulous and we now have our dream car!
