All maintenance is taken care of the same day. The grounds are beautiful I love being right next to the pond. I would highly recommended anyone to live here!

Parking could definitely... (Verified Renter) Parking could definitely be better here. I dont think its necessary for guest passes to extend beyond 2 or 3 days. The guest Get 10 days parking here and dont leave any spaces for the actual residents. I believe there should be a designated visitor parking Are up front for visitors so that is residents can have a place to park.
