We have been robbed twice in 3 months One of the worst places to live. We just moved from NJ, state where you can park on the street and nothing never happen. We've been living in Viscaya for three months and we have been robbed twice. They have broken the car doors. My husband is an electrician and all his tools has been stolen twice, this is what he does for living. Verified Renter Leasing consultants were awesome. Issues with appliances since move in.
Not a good place to live I live here for 1 year . They tow my car at the first night i purchased my car . Because there wasn't any sticker on window and i paid $250 and they never tell me why . They make money every night with their tow truck and just saying sorry its not our responsibility. There is not any spot to park the car after 7 pm . So if you come home late there is not any parking spot . And last week they send police officer to my apartment because of 12 day late payment. I explained that i was out of country.i ha... read more
