Follow Up for Vizcaya Review I wasn’t offered a renewal discount on a months rent to renew this year, but i was the previous year. After the 2017 flooding residents who did have water in the home were able to get out of their lease, I was not (on the second floor) I have stayed for stability and location. Some things that bother me are normal wear and tear but uncleanliness of the doors and concrete can be cleaned. Theres garages that have collapsed, and the trash is quite a distance if you have to carry it out over the week... read more

During that time, we did allow residents to be released from their leases. We also did not increase renewal rates during that time. I apologize if you were misinformed, but I would like to assure you that we did try to do what was best for each resident. Also, the garages that collapsed have recently been repaired.
