Nice Apartments Nice apartments. Buildings are well maintained and any issues with appliances, AC, cabinets, ect are resolved immediately. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Parking can be an issue, but corner apartment buildings always have spots at the building.

Nice overall The property is well kept, fairly quiet now that the close the pool at 10pm. Repairs are done quickly, office staff is friendly, its a little over priced though. Parking WAS a nightmare, its good now, but be VERY careful trying to leave the property, all guests are parked nearly blocking the exit and all along both sides of the street making it hard to see on coming traffic. Great for Energy Corridor This is a great apartment for people who work near the energy corridor due to the proximity of the work place but also near retail street of Fry. Rd which has everything one has a need for.

Beautiful inside and out! This apartment is beautiful inside and out! We've been living here for over 6 months and what I love about this apartment is that it's family oriented and well kept up. The complex tries to make it family friendly with pool parties with movie nights for the kids. They're currently renovating the leasing center and just finished with the club house which the club house turned out very modern and beautiful!
