As of now Cortland has upgraded their lounge by taking away the two computers we had access to and adding a print server where we can't control how we print, they also renovated the parcel pick up and the gym...which is great but something simple as a walkway to the mailbox hasn't been fixed. Verified Renter VIZCAYA is a very wonderful community apartment to reside at, the neighbors are all good people, the environment is always kept clean and the management team prioritize the residents concerns. It is also a very safe environment to raise kids as well and there are lots of good schools around here. Thank you.

My unit is huge for the price I pay and the ladies at the leasing office are so kind and helpful. Ms. Janelle has especially made my experience here so awesome. I attempted to move in back in 2018 but couldnt due to some issues on my end. She was the one I spoke with at that time. Fast forward a year later and I still remember her beautiful, kind self.
